Conditions of Hire
 
 

Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they shall be returned in an undamaged condition and the customer will be responsible for, and indemnify Perfectly Groomed against, any loss or damage to the goods whilst on hire.
 
Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)

Accidental damage waiver (ADW) at a cost of £7.00 will be added to all hire agreements unless declined by the customer; this provides cover to the maximum value of the goods hired.

The accidental damage waiver does not cover loss, theft or malicious damage including damage sustained to top hats, e.g. Top hats thrown into the air for photographs: Top hats damaged will be charged at £100.00.

Suit carriers and hat boxes are loaned at no extra cost but are subject to a surcharge of £10.00 each if not returned or returned damaged. Perfectly Groomed’s liability in any event is limited to the value of the cost of the hire paid by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled within a month of the collection date will be charged at the full hire fee. Cancellations made before this time will be subject to a £25.00 cancellation fee per outfit.
 
Collection of outfits
Outfits can be collected from the Wednesday before the wear date, this is to allow the party members to try on outfits and any subsequent adjustments can be made prior to the wedding.
All customers must try on their outfit before leaving the store to ensure that all garments are the correct size, complete and in good condition.
 

Outfits must be returned before 16.30 on the first working day after the function, failure to return the outfits before this time will result in a £10.00 charge per outfit per day. Collection and return dates will be confirmed at time of booking.
 
Liability
Perfectly Groomed will not be liable for any loss suffered by the customer which could have been avoided by complying with the above, nor will Perfectly Groomed be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss suffered.
